Inter House Competition in TRM School

At TRM School, Churu, the House System is the heartbeat of our school spirit. By dividing our students from Class 1 to 10 into four distinct houses, we create a “school within a school” that fosters healthy competition, leadership, and a sense of belonging.

The Inter-House competitions are the primary platform where students move from classroom learning to real-world application.

The TRM House Structure

Every student is assigned to one of four houses, named after the elemental forces of nature. These houses compete throughout the year for the prestigious “Overall Championship Trophy.”

The Reward System

To keep the motivation high, we follow a rigorous point-tally system:

  1. Event Points: Points awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in every competition.

  2. Discipline Points: Extra points for the house that maintains the best decorum and uniform standards.

  3. The Rolling Trophy: Awarded at the end of the academic year during the Annual Day function.

Leadership Opportunities

Inter-house competitions are the training ground for our student leaders. Each house is led by:

  • House Captains & Vice-Captains: Responsible for selecting and training participants.

  • House Prefects: Assisting in maintaining discipline and coordination.

  • House Masters (Teachers): Providing mentorship and strategic guidance.

The TRM Spirit: “Victory with Humility, Defeat with Dignity.” While we play to win, the ultimate goal is to build a community that cheers for excellence, no matter which house it comes from.
